Does anyone have any update on the status of ESPN HD on DishTV? Last I remember, there was some court case going on. Is ESPN HD any closer to coming on DISH TV?

Star HD Channels launched 2 years ago but they not added.. Star Network channels always surpassing Zee Network channels... For example Newly launched Star Jalsha Movies beats Zee Bangla Cinema only in one week.. This reason to they not adding that channels
