Discussion Anybody migrated to new Plan

D2h migrated me to my new selected plan but I have not got atleast 10-12 channels that I had selected. D2h website showing 404 gateway error and phone CC not reachable. This is a freaking nightmare man. TRAI has screwed everyone over big time.

I have included flowers in my selection and was working yesterday. Today its showing not part od subscription.

there are aroud 140+ fta channels which available without selection. but some fta channels not like flowers, cauvery news etc.

bose. Its not trai who screwed. Its inefficiency and lack of plan from d2h has screwed us.The max numb of issues is registered under dishd2h only.now cc and website is not accessible. They purposefully stopped to avoid customers

Yeah man. It is a pain. I also didn't know that we were allowed to remove all channels outside of the 25 odd DD channels from the FTA pack and replace them with what we wanted, but D2h has made all 100 channels under the FTA pack they chose mandatory, which is clearly a violation of TRAI rules. I only selected 39 additional channels outside of the 100 free they have mandated when I could have selected 100-25 DD = 75 channels in all under the 154 NCF fee.

One more comedy... just called Cc n asked him why i am not getting flowers tv... he told to wait n in next minute channel was working. Then before i close the call when i chkd other channels which were working before is now in error.... fainted.. when i told this he told major issue in sys.. pls wait. He told me `thanks d2h´ and closed the call. Still wondering y he thanked d2h instead of me..

Now the d2h website is working and the channels subscribed of new pack also coming..

I am still unable to log into my a/c. I am stuck with unwanted channels. hope they resolve the problem

What kind of sorcery is going on from D2h? I logged in just now - a message popped up saying u can now select ur own pack as per trai n all that.. clicked and was directed to "below are details of your best fit combo and ur current pack. Bla bla bla.. I don't know how to attach pic here so might be difficult for all to undertake my points.

I clicked on proceed thinking maybe they're now allowing to deselect FTA (as everyone is getting their pre defined FTA as of now and not what we chose initially). And as soon as I clicked on proceed and then on deselect option of FTA.. all my channels went off air and in panic I simply clicked on my account thinking my new request won't get through as every channel went off air.

And as I clicked on my account icon.. all my channels came back on air.. don't know whether to laugh or cry..

I got migrated yesterday with plan of Rs 355. Previously I was on Platinum HD. On current pack some channels I had selected are missing.. like MN+ HD, &FLIX HD, DSports, etc no decent news channel is available.

Obviously this is because d2h withdrew Turner, Times and Zee packs. And are yet to add likes of SONY ESPN HD

Has reduced my price by almost half though with some channels missing.
