Yes...It shows in my Binge+ Box ..I am getting Dolby 5:1 audio in Prime video, Disney+ Hotstar,SUN NXT...Didn't checked in other Apps..
i have another Android box too I didn't checked ...Later will check there too..
Didnt installed in my UHD 4K Android TV...

After the latest update of Prime video I am getting 5:1 audio if it's available in few contents...It's in Tatasky Binge+ box.
Try to update if not yet updated in ur xtream box...

5.1 it shows since xstreme box launch but it wont produce dolby 5.1 audio...

Are you sure you are getting proper Dolby or that Tata Sky Dolby where voice comes from all the speakers?

This app update hasn't rolled out on Xstream Box yet though.
