Help - Just received Update 2.2.3-20072116 in my Airtel xtream box Volume Button is not working the volume is fix not increasing nor decreasing please help to solve this

Dont know new firmware feaure but try 5etting go to device then audio. Change audio level but not good to try everytime you know long procedure

I tried this, and it didn't work for me on Amazon prime. By keeping Auto, 5.1 works fine on HD channels and also on Sun NXT. On Amazon Prime, Dolby is not working, whatever I try. What is it showing on your Onkyo for SD channels after this setting?

Tap ok in live tv mode then tap top right menu through navigation button & under language change which likee.

Manual mode was disabled in the latest update. You have to request customer care to downgrade your STB OS version if you need it.

Several times requested to customer care for previous version updation for Manual sound mode facility,so far no action from Airtel side.very worst customer service

I have reached out to Airtel in every possible, twitter, Facebook, customer care, engineer visit, mails to nodal officer and appellate officer. Still problem not resolved. I wanted to rollback my update but I don't get any replies from them
