Discussion Audio issues on XStream Smart box [SOLVED]

I have reached out to Airtel in every possible, twitter, Facebook, customer care, engineer visit, mails to nodal officer and appellate officer. Still problem not resolved. I wanted to rollback my update but I don't get any replies from them
That's unfortunate. Looks like they are in hibernation.

Finally got the rollbac, give them some time they will call u back. They called me today after I had given up hope. But finnaly I got my Atmos back after they rolled back the update 🙂🙂
 
After several follow up with Airtel team,Today I am also finally got the previous software version with Manual sound selection features.
Now Dolby digital 5.1 sound working fine.
 
I am not getting dolby audio on xstreme box regardless whether its a HD channel nor netflix nor in prime Video. I kept the audio mode in auto. When i connect internet stb to home theater dolby audio is coming but xstreme only gives pcm.Can some one guide on this
i think PCM is more advanced than DD
