Yes..i believe Amazon might get Digital rights for BCCI, as indian broadcaster know the loss of BCCI rights.
TV rights might go to sports 18 as Amazon yet to have tv channel

BCCI wants International gaints to counter/beat Jio in Digital rights as Disney STAR and Sony have no big bets on Digital

Reliance/Jio have deep pocket from many sources, others if Sony, Disney Star, youtube or Amazon acquired BCCI Media Rights means then it's miracle. But history says those who Acquired BCCI Media Rights failed to Retain 3rd time and all Jersey title sponsors have lot of issues after partnership with BCCI.

Nowadays sports broadcasters r going in for key rights which garner good viewership or add some value to its content offering while keeping a check on finances.

Fancode is acquiring rights of many sports properties and later broadcasters r entering into syndication agreement with them for TV or Digital rights of particular series or all matches belonging to a tournament/sports property.

This is a good strategy as less competition in bidding for sports which get less ratings or revenue helps acquisition cost to be relatively low so Fancode also gets the benefit while later thru syndication agreement sports TV broadcasters too get rights for much less cost. Thus this strategy is good for all stakeholders
