Only the final was televised last year. Let's see if new broadcast deal is completed before 12th July

“The tender will be coming out soon. We’re planning to close the media rights process by August end,” BCCI secretary Jay Shah said on Wednesday.

After big gains from IPL media rights ( ₹48,390 crore -- 2023-27) and securing a 38.5% share (nearly $1bn) from ICC’s media rights revenue (2023-27), the BCCI bilateral cricket rights tender will hit the market. The broadcaster’s response to these rights will determine the immediate future of bilateral cricket, amid the growing T20 franchise calendar.

BCCI has kept the base price modest at ₹3 crore per bilateral match and ₹1 crore per ICC/ACC match, collectively estimated to be 40% lower than the current value. India will play a total of 240 matches in the next five years.
