Yes U are right Reliance Digital did not increse their price yet I just purchased my Reliance Digital HD box on 05-07-2012. I also think Reliance Digital HD with long duration package is offering best price & I think it is very cheap in price too as compared to other DTH

RDTV is slow in every field... they normally do addition/deletion in bulk....
So you may expect bulk price increase in future.... just my guess though ... :sp
