Best picture quality

Don't want to Hijack the thread, I am living in Navi Mumbai and want to shift to HD set top box. Can anyone help me in choosing the right dth operator , criteria for choosing the same
1) Least interruption (even in rains)
2) Customer Care service
3) Good PQ and Sound.

Monthly budget? Channels requirements?

For above criterion: Go for Tata sky or ADTV :k

For budget: D2H
For chnls: Dish tv

I use ADTV and I like the Audio and Picture quality. Whoever is using whichever service will say that service is the best. Moreover, I think difference in quality of these operators are moot. Stay with the one which saves you some money. That's all I can say.
