Seeking Help - SD card not detected by Binge+ STB

My Binge+ STB is not detecting SD Card. I tried three different SD Cards with 4GB( Class 4),8GB(Class 4) and 16 GB(Class 10) all formatted as FAT32, all cards are working on mobile phone and laptop but Binge+ STB is not detecting them in SD card Slot. Pen drives are detected by STB and also the...

Today Binge+ Android STB Received a system update version SW 4.1.2 weighing 648 MB.
Android security patch level upgrade to 1 Feb 2022 from 1 Dec 2021
 
The key bug has been resolved in the above update, the STB now detects the SD card slot.
 
Only for fixing sd card bug fix, software update of 700mb

They should give reasonable updates like improve channel switching time, audio/video quality improvement or android upgrade but it seems they are first introducing bugs and then giving updates to fix it...🤣

After the update the channels are mislabeled and STB is even slower. Third class SOC with even 3rd rate dev team makes using Binge+ STB a nightmare. The slowness is comparable to 90’s decade systems.
