Black Screen on all channels

Hello friends,
I activate my Videocon d2h HD box after 2012 but I am getting black screen without any error on all channels. Only D2H logo is appearing on all channels. What is the soultion of this issue? Anyone experienced similar issue with D2H?

I am also getting problem in Videocon d2h after activation of 2 year.

I am getting audio error on many channels which added after deactivation of mg box

Once I had same issue,but after software update problem solved.. try it.. (update it to latest S/w ID)

Latest version can resolve this issue. In past 2 years multiple times they released new software..

Which is your current version ..?
