No cost Bro. just mail them with a detail explanation about how RDTV handles your complain also tell them your customer ID and ask to resolve your problem ASAP if RDTV found guilty then you deserves a compensation from their end :k

today call received cc they will with 48 hours ,i am wait 48 hours if problem is not resolved, i will be go for trai bro
