Bug in my airtel app

Thread heading should be : bug in my airbill app

Alacarte charges us 172rs per month but in my airtel app it is combining all free topups prices with alacarte base pack to display monthly subscription cost.

lets just say you opted for alacaret which is 172rs , now your channels cost 150rs so in my airtel app it will show you 322rs monthly charge .
Its like doubling our charges ...  :P   btw how can airtel do such a silly mistake ? there are numerous bugs in all your service airbill , i can help you will fix just pay me well ok :hello .

Yess.. in the app it combines everything..
log onto the web portal for a split up  it's easy there.
 
website not opening on android phone ...one more bug

im using app to check offers ...there are lot of 1month free offers :)

its not a bug, its the way how u understand things..

Total subscription charge is the total amount u paid in a month.

Details are splitted and given just underneath.

From all ur posts i can understand that u come hear just to tease airtel..
 
Why dont you first check and then comment , yes i tease on airtel because its robbing users. any problem ?

btw i havent paid 322 :P its definitely wrong !!!tell your airtel to first fix website authentication on android phones ,then fix airtel app , then tell them to do a fair business in india
 
First of all airtel is nt my company. U should ask Sunil mittal for that.

Nd i have no problems for taking selfcare in mobile website and app. Only HD section in app doesn't work.

For me the amount of monthly package is shown correct. Its calculated as Base Packs + all add-on

I don't know how it should be calculated in ur view.
 
Airtel self care and website works well and smoothly in my android mobile ..

1) My password fails no matter how many times i restore ..1st bug
2) My otp fails when i login with android web browser
3) Ussd code fails when login with android web browser

(my sim is in different phone and android phone is different ) - still it should have worked nah so its a bug . btw method 2 & 3 works on my PC .....its a airtel bug im 100% sure maybe rare .

It shows correct bill in digital tv user interface and i receive correct sms prompts but in APP its all wrong it shows double the bill. Im noting down every detail will provide when time comes .Airtel's face will turn white blue and all colors , trai should be made aware of this inconsistent alacarte experience. Dont know why they are doing this small small gotalas .It will turn into big gotala if exceuted on billion indians.

Btw if you havent got any bug - can you guareente that no one will ever face any bug ?
 
Woow.. then am waiting for a time when airtel's face will become Green Colour.

* Green is my favorite and would love to see that. Make it as fast as you can.

If you have bug issues, report to the tech team who looks after the app and website
instead of venting out your frustration/ anger in this nice little forum  :no :no
