When I post screenshot, you and someone said post article link. today I shared yesterday published post, after article link posted again you said provide data than publish. Shared data last month's article, Now you again mentions this is not relevant in this forum and last month's article:hehe:
From one sentence people can assume anything. When whole article was posted it was about digital news portal and growth of mobile internet which has nothing to do with Entertainment or Television. Also it's disrespectful to not read and reply. I highlighted that the article you shared is an old article stating prices of mobile has reduced since then in Union budget.

Should a shopkeeper try not to sell items whose prices are increased drastically? IMO it's the end consumer's choice whether to buy it or not. Why DPOs are charging the maximum NCF of ₹153 without offering any discounts? TV industry should be fair. Broadcasters are complying the NTO rules and they have the full right to price and cash in their services taking the expense, profit and demand into consideration. And it's the duty of DPOs to comply with the rules.
Acha? Cable operators are concerned that this NTO2.0 will push customers to switch OTT so they concern of future and their customer. Still I'll say ' shame on DTH operators '.

DTH operators already launched Hybrid boxes(TATA binge/Airtel Xstream), so they can earn money from OTT distribution also, but cable guys are still rely on STB/TV subscription.

But they don't have app aggregator/subscription service like Binge+ or Xstream to generate revenue/commission.
Don't worry they do have right now they are testing.
