cannot watch hd channels

i have a samsung 3d tv,recently when i try to watch hd channels the box stops working. screen turns completely black with only d2h logo visible. have to reboot the box to watch again but can watch few selective sd channels.
anyone else facing same problem?
need some help to solve this.

ya. no improvement after refreshing. it doesn't show any msg as it does when you are not authorized to view a channel.it just goes completely black.

Go to below link and Download the Latest software bro....

HD ATOM 2222 ID 22.rar - Drop Box (use pc or desktop view in mobile to download file)

1, Download the above software and save it on a pen drive (it is a rar file extract it ,you will get videocon folder copy it to pendrive)

2, Insert the pen drive on the USB slot on the box(cancel if it show to format drive)

3, Now press the reset button for 15 seconds, then software will start to update from pen drive

tried that but after 2 minutes it stops with an error code.

If the issue is with the STB , contact ur dealer !
