Seeking Help Xstream box automatically rebooting while watching TV channels

I got fedup doing reset and clear cache. Annoyed. This box is quite immature. Booked TS HD...

Doing channel reset and then application reset worked for me. I couldn't let the service engineer in my society ,so risked it.

This issue no longer occurs for me. They seem to have fixed it completely with the latest update.

BTW, what version is your STB at? I still experience this on my box with app version 1.0.2726 & firmware on 1.0.9-19110817. No new updates to manually update it either. I see couple of other forums that they have newer firmware 1.1.0-20010613.

1.0.2726 only. Did you follow these steps too?

Yes, it's fixed after android reset, followed by channels and app reset. I had done it some time in March when I had same problem but didn't check what fw it was on. I guess this issue will repeat in 3-4 months unless Airtel release proper fix.

Still the problem is faced by every customer why the company not give the permanent solution bcz the customer pay for every minutes to watch the TV...
