So I was right when I said the company name will remain as Dish TV India Ltd. Some said it would be DishTv Videocon Ltd and DishD2H Ltd. It turned out to be false

Upgrading means they will take our present box and give new one or we have to dump old box( rip)

They will give new box if we choose upgrading. Upgrading possible in ; SD to HD/Smart box/4K box, normal HD box to Smart box / 4K box.

First the company itself declare the new name will be Dish Videocon Ltd...as it was a merger...But later plans changed so Its Dishtv India Ltd.Thats why Process halted for sometime.

I have upgraded my stb @500 rs(including GST) 1 month platinum HD compulsory. I think it is good offer then free upgrade offer it's cost 500+ 1 month platinum HD pack wich is not costly then 3 months platinum HD pack
