channels video not coming

Hey today when i on my tv i see blank channels on my tv .only the info channels is working.all other channels are blank .stb is wrking but there is no audio or video on all other channels plz help me

Check Ur Signal Cable Properly Fixed in ur Stb

If Properly Signal Cable Fixed Same Error Is appered

Then

Go To Menu button & then settings & then Password is 0000 or 1234 & then Resume Default & Press ok Button & ur STB is restarted & See all channels

If same Error Is appered Please Sundirect cc or live or nodal

Because same error is appeared my sundirect hd stb also but channel is raj tv past month i will contact sundirect live chat they will refresh my account & then raj tv is working

Then Say channels is not working Error was showing E48-32 no signal or blank screen,

Now its wrking.actually i off the setop box and the tv and on it after 10 mins.it was showing smartcatd failiure.then i removed the card and reinserted the card. everything is wrking fine.thnx for every members suggestion
