Cheapest DTH Connection Required!!!

I need your help. I need the cheapest DTH connection for my relatives. Following are requirements:

1. Recording feature NOT required.
2. HD channels NOT required.
3. Colors, National Geographic, Discovery channels required.
4. A few Hindi news channels required.
5. A few cartoon channels required.
6. Sports channels required mainly which show live Indian Cricket matches.

Which DTH will provide these channels on the least price?

All DTHs allows customers to select ala carte pack. We can select & watch the channels which we want...:tup but minimum package price between 160-180 pm based on operators...

My relative wants to spend minimum possible amount per month but he wants Colors, Nat Geo, Discovery and sports channels. PQ/AQ doesnt matter, neither STB quality. Only monthly price matters.

Currently they are spending 200 per month for cable connection. So similar price will be good. But they are planning to use DTH connection in 2 TV, so they'll require multi-connection.
