The Biggest Difference in terms of Price Vs. Channel would be felt by 225 Max HD Subscribers.... My Cost increased by 100/- but with Only 22 HD Channels now available in my Pack !!
But this will drastically reduce my Viewing of Repeated Hit Movies.....
I would still Prefer generic wise bouquet to get more Value for Money !!
In long run this will help once Broadcaster get actual payments, they will reduce prices further.... Most impacted would be operator and We may left with 2-3 DTH players...

Absolutely.. Airtel's basepacks and add ons strategy was the best in the market. Few hd channels were missing but it was okay.
No dth is to be blamed for this TRAI blunder. Culprits were the local cable operators who were stealing and did not had transparent business. Now as a result, everyone is suffering.

I am on Infinity 12 months ARP plan. What happens if I don't choose my pack before Feb 1st? Will my service be switched off after getting refund or will I be automatically migrated to some default pack?
