Hathway has fixed 26 channels in SLAB1, remaining 74 are available to be chosen, there isn't any compulsion to take 100 FTA, what they haven't allowed (although they are bound to) is the choice of individual FTA.

You got it wrong bro. For the first 100 Channels they are giving option to select pay channels only not FTA channels of our own.
