What are free to air FTA that people talk abt channels...n what is d connection bt DDD+ and Dishtv as people were discussing when rishtey ch added on both platform simultaneasly?????

DDD+ is giving some 59 channel from insat 4b on 95° location. Accecible from Ku band.

Other than that many other satellite mostly foreign provide many FTA channel on c and Ku band.

Some times some encrypted channel all be FTA for some time

FTA means free to air. several satellites broadcasting channels freely through ku band and c band if we have dish with fta receiver we will get it freely without any cost.
