My STB is out of warranty and I called their toll free number and the agents were repeating things like parrots. They have no idea how to handle customers. I felt really apologetic for them. Is there any way to escalate the matter.

Ya i think Nodal Officer or some email Id will help. But even others face this problem with their call centre or I am the only one !!

DO you want to fix the problem by yourself?
If not, you can tell them about your problem and ask them to log a complaint. And a technician will visit you to examine the problem.

Videocon Call centre peoples are illiterate and never ever try to call them. Then u may end up with a terrific response.
