Where did u check your balance? did u call 18001370444 or are you checking in your set top box? set top box is not updated immediately. call 18001370444 and check your balancer and validity. you will receive sms also with all details.

After you activate KKW active music world your balance should show 310.09. and i think due date shouldnt be affected for just Re.1. even if it does in case its just on the margin till the due date it shouldnot decrease by more than 1 day ie 27th april 2016. if it reduces more than this just email or call customer care. it will be resolved.

KKW active music could take 3hours to activate. just check the status online d2h website my account. it will either show pending which will activate within 3 hours. it might get activated immediately also.
