Display problem in my adtv

I don't think it's a adapter issue because all RDTV users who have taken airtel's offer have got stb & remote only not adapter. So, if it is adapter issue then all will face.

Change your HDMI cable and try.
Power adapter could also be an issue but first change the HDMI cable to a good quality cable. Likes of amazon basics or belkin.

Yes you will have to pay 250 + visiting. You can also try to find 2 amp 12 volt adapter in local shop. If you don't mind current scenario you can continue using with restart method. Also try to email screen shot of display and adapter ampere detail to airtel customer care to check exactly what the problem is.
