displaying issue

Hi Guys, I have not recharged for about 4 months and used Sun HD. Now i recharged d2h. Now i noticed that the black bars at top and bottom was really high. The video was shrunk significantly.This is only happening if we see movies or any scenes from movies of all tamil channels. I am not sure earlier it was like. But definitely i could see the great difference in video size between sun and d2h.
I have tried with different aspect ratio. Nothing helps. I have download id 45. I will post the screen shots. Meanwhile any experts have solution for this?

Call d2h and ask them anyways the pics are not clear
The d2h team will help you of there's a problem better call them

Is it a TV or LCD monitor? Picture is not clear.

Go to settings and change the resolution and see if any thing changes...
