Dolby Digital / Dolby Digital Plus not working on Star HD Chanels

After changed Star World HD , Star Plus HD , Star Movies HD , Star Sports HD3 and Star Gold HD sound to Dolby Digital Plus to Prvious Dolby Digital there is no more sound. only Stereo Sounds woking No Dolby on Above Mentioned five Star HD Chanles, I'm using a Sony IV300-HT home theater for the surround sound & TV set is Sony KDL W600. 32 inches Model. The other HD channels are OK and the input also shows as 5.1 @ 384 Kbps. But, the above mentioned channel shows stereo @ 48 Kbps. Is it some technical problem.

I read the specs and no where its mentioned that it supports Dolby Digital. Its just a normal 5.1 speaker system. Can you check your product packing box whether it supports Dolby or not

& Check specification both support Dolby Digital Plus & Connected via HDMI.
& My issue is on Only these five Star HD Chanel not with other

other HD Chanle like Colors HD, Movies Now Plus HD , Zee studio HD Chanels , Sony HD even SS HD1 ,HD2 & HD4 working Fine & Its Also Produce Good 384 kbps Dolby Digital 5.1 Sound Perfect...

still no sound for DD+ Chanel only DD working fine. I m connect with HDMI output to Sony DTH 5.1 and then again HDMI output to Sony TV

cool i checked on snapdeal and nothing was mentioned about dolby so asked.

Please check with technician; because I didn't see any problem with your home theater as per manual it will support DD+ & True HD.
I am getting proper DD+ sound in my home from airtel HD Recorder;
Make sure you are using high speed hdmi cable for the connection (May be supplied cables are normal)
You can check with optical cable also, if you are getting Dolby digital @ 640 kbps then change hdmi cable
Please update the results

Yes I M Using HDMI for Both AUDIO/Video & You ? SPDIF / HDMI for Audio Output ?

Airtel optical out to sony htib optical in for audio
(You will get Dolby digital @ 640kbps)

Airtel hdmi out to sony tv hdmi in for video

So you can check whether the problem with hdmi audio
