DTH,Cable Portability With In One Year

Hi Brothers,
As per TRAI consultant Sibichan K Mathwes DTH,Cable portabilty will be happend with in one year.
The main problem in DTH porting is the S/W use by different DTH are not same.After DTH porting come all DTH will be use same S/W as per article.

Don't think this will require STB/software standardization. They just have to ensure operator refunds STB cost. Make installation charges fixed at Rs.450 and separate from equipment cost/rent.

Tata Sky HD/HD+ UI is equally good. Infact more better than Airtel. Both are using same company software.
