Dts Sound issues in Tata Sky Binge Plus

Anyone experiencing that sound in general is low on 4K box? Currently I watch all channels on Jio Fiber through their OTT apps' subscription and the audio is very good, clear and loud. However as soon as I installed Tata Play Binge 4K box, I am experiencing very low audio. This box does not seem to have audio settings at all.

Iam already facing audio delay issues for very long time. And i won't getting dolby atmos feature. What to do? Can anyone help me

STB has Dolby always, auto-detect and no surround in audio settings. Low sound happens if no surround is selected.

Try enabling dolby always first if TV supports it.

If TV not supports, adjust audio settings in it, like disabling auto volume leveller, enhancing voice, bass boost, Music Mode ..

I too tried every possible things but only hotstar and prime gives me Dolby audio

do we need recharge dth to work OTTs? or only OTT subscription is enough.can we use these apps in others tv?is hotstar or other apps running with 4k or 1080p?whats is different tata sky amazon fire stick and binge box?
does these apps supports Dolby vision Dolby atmos like regular apps in tv?

Please choose hdmi settings.
Turn on hdmi_cec settings.
U will get Atmos.
