Absolutely Right @DJ Roy Brother........Apart from other Broadcasters - ZEEL have particularly asked Every DPO to enter into or Sign a Fresh RIO Agreement to offer the Festive Discounts. So till date Zee TV Festive Offer @ Rs.12/- yet to avail on any DPO.

Than this is bad move by Zee.. operators not singed new agreements .. it'll take time.

Same here.. & picture HD is a premium channel.... How can they offer it free 2 air...?
