I was using Fastway for last 3 months before this I used Airtel HD after 3 months of using Fastway Cable I assume that reception of fastway HD channels are quite good in their reception but SD channel are not up to the mark. Another major issue if you raise any complaints to customer care no one is taking care for so many days and 3rd problem you can not recharge it online that should be there compulsory nowadays and another one volume bar of Fastway cables channels are very low like in Bollywood HD Bollywood jalwa it should be improved very soon other all are positive and give full marks to Fastway as it is cheaper as compared to Dth. Fastway should improve there customer care services and giving online options for paying online.
