Dont know whats wrong with you but mine experience is good, internet speed is 100kbps (in real) not refer info icon showing by network. Keep trying. As I told my hd add on just started within a minute after my request but pack upgrade took 12 hours.

Talking about Dish TV chat / D2H chat? Maybe it depend on your internet too. Many people use USB stick internet & face poor speed of the internet.

I am using Aircel3G.

I got Dishtv cc after 10,12times try.
D2h always showing"our all representive busy."

Dish TV : CC available on only in Hindi / English through phone call.
D2H : CC through phone call available with many Indian language.

D2h chat time-10a.m. to 5p.m.
Dish tv chat time-i think 24*7 because i have chat with them at 11p.m.

This point favors to both dth by different views.

D2H chat is for all but bound in timing.
Dish Chat not bound in time but only for a/c user.

I like this type of thread. Verry good Thread starter.

I use Dish TV & D2H. Both DTH + / - points as below.

NOTE: Check desired feature before buy either DTH. Software upgrade may changes feature which mentioned in below comparison.

Dish TV: Games changes few times.
D2H: Games removed. Games were only 3.

D2H : Games are back. 3 Games & 3 Puzzles.
