First to Upgrade to New South Platinum HD

Hi,

Me too faced same problem. Just wait for the channels to reflect in your TV. Then try in website.this error will be rectified

so basically , you need to re-boot the STB to get the channels in scrambled mode & then try to upgrade. You will get it this time

Mee too faced problem during upgrade... Then just refreshed the page ...then got msg upgraded successfully...but validity seems same which I was earlier in south platinum hd pack.

Now. I am in newsouth platinum hd family...

At the time when I clicked Upgrade, the picture was just frozen for 1 second.. That's all... Pack got activated..

Im unable to upgrade from South Platinum HD to New South Platinum HD. It asks to pick a free ad on from Room 1 but there aren't any under the list.

Any one faced the issue?

Bro, click Upgrad Pack (don't click Add-On) and then select the new pack in the right side (Room 1) as New South Platinum HD pack.. That's all. Click Upgrade. Your will pack will get updated immediately...

Thats exactly what I did.
Selected Upgrade Pack. It listed my current pack on left. On the Right I chose New South Platinum HD (this + Platinum HD were the only options). And when I hit Upgrade it just shows an alert box "Please Pick atleast 1 ad on from Room 1". Kinda got stuck there.

When I click on New South Platinum HD, there are a bunch of paid ad ons like d2h Cinema, Sun HD and others. Tried picking Sun HD and Upgrade. Even then no luck!!

So here we are... it's funny how circumstances and events cause something so close seem so far..
