First to Upgrade to New South Platinum HD

Not able to upgrade my package .trying from early morning through web getting error , called CC for 5 times but no use , no response to my email also . My sunday ruined by d2h management .

Tamil CC is useless . Want to speak with english speaking officials (english cc ) can anyone give me the number ?

what channels differ in roi and south platinum hd pack im on roi platinum pack if i change it to south hd which channels will be lost ?

I think its not possible to convert from ROI to South, just check website after login, may be addon possibble.....

In D2h south pack are only for south Indian states.

Upgraded to new south platinum hd pacakge yesterday. Nice to watch sun music in hd now. Not sure whether the sound is 5.1, but I dont care.
