Bro what I feel is it depends on CC...When I called north CC he activated my channel in a minute..South cc's could not do it after multiple calls...So try calling north CC number

I am not sure if this technique would work but you can try. Call CC and ask them about new HD Plus Top Up. If they say that it has 33 HD then ask them to remove your Top Up and add new HD Plus Top Up. Since new addition will deduct Rs. 225 for 30 days at once, make sure that you have at least Rs. 300 balance. And do it only if they confirm that you'll get 33 HD with new HD Plus Top Up.
