People outside are not fools to support Oviya without any reason.

This is how it should be.

The current sentence in her tweet means, only fools will support Oviya but people are not fools to support Oviya.

What she done a mistake in that tweet is instead of putting "by" before oviya she put "to" that's the grammatical mistake she done

the sentence will be correct if she is opposing Oviya.
but she is supporting Oviya here. Nd indirectly with that sentence she is calling all Oviya Supporters as fools. because majority of the people support her.
"to support Oviya" makes another meaning for the sentence.
she should hav written like this:
"Ppl outside who support Oviya r nt fools"
