Anyone knows how to apply for a Regular savings account(Minor) in SBI ? SBI officials told that we need to fill form in website then take print out and then submit to them. But where is the link ?

If I go to onlinesbi> Apply SB account>resident individual

then there is only Digital savings account option(and referring to YONO), where is the earlier account opening form which was used to be at that link ?
