Apple TV+ and Apple Music App Content will soon be available for Airtel XStream subscribers, it would likely be made available as part of Airtel XStream Premium Subscription or maybe as a Add On Subscription to its Mobile, Wi-Fi, Broadband and Airtel Black customers....still no official confirmation on the same..... Launch is scheduled for later this year

Can anyone please check if any new Live TV Channels have been added on XStream Play App..... Also in coming weeks i am expecting Airtel to launch its IPTV service too and thereafter a separate app for Live TV Channels might be introduced which shall provide regular satellite based TV Channels and internet/server based channels from various genres too..... Airtel then might soon launch Broadband Plans which include IPTV + OTT plans (including Airtel XStream Play OTT subscription) so that those not wanting to opt for DTH service can opt for such plans under their standalone or Airtel Black service offering.....Live TV via internet option also likely to be enabled on Airtel XStream Box alongside this

I'm waiting for Jio iptv, in meantime Airtel can launch iptv beforethat, is it sure?

If Airtel & Tata play have big digital headends, then why they tieup with small app distro tv for digital/internet FTA channels on their apps?

bcoz operators create infrastructure to carry content and aggregation is best way to expand content portfolio rather than themselves tying up with various channels which is a very difficult & time consuming process..... Distro TV as a platform has agreement with various national + International Channels so an operator can simply sign deal with them and get access to these channels
