Btw, how come the sequel of a Tamil movie (Chandramukhi) is a Telugu movie (Nagavalli)?

Nagavalli was not good movie though it was sequel story was almost same like chandramukhi of one girl was having mental problem, etc etc. Chandramukhi was good classic movie.
