Kannada is spoken differently in different parts of Karnataka.
Btw, even I can understand, speak, read and write Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English and can understand, speak and read Tamil and Malayalam.

Yes its happens in India...Telangana and Andhra also like that Andhra people voice very respectfully where Rayalaseema and Telangana not like. Yes Anna, in Karnataka, Bengaluru Kannada, Mandya Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Coastal Kannada (apart from Tulu), Kodava language which is a dialect of Kannada and mixture of Telugu and Malayalam is spoken. Kannada also has some other dialects.
