Why Every Channel addition in Tata Play mentioned as Launching ???

Tata Play Pleased To Launch FTA Hindi News Channel named "FM News" W.e.f 9th Dec,22 at 10:00hrs. The Channel Number for the Same will be 572 . It will be available on FTA Complimentary Package to all subscribers.

As per my knowledge, Launching means Introducing and FM News already introduced them self to TV industry, Is this Tata Play separately / specially introducing.
