If they are providing Real 4K then 1 4K channel takes almost 4 HD channels space :s

Yes.. but these DTH ops are compressing even HD chnl.. so they ll def. compress 4K chnls as well.

Ideally 1 HD = 5 SD
But these DTH are compressing, so that 1HD =3.5 SD

Hence 4K chnls might also get compressed. :s

Removing good channels & adding shopping channels. ..

I would be more then Happy if removal of Sahara and UTV channels lead to HD channel addition !! hya

This will also bring down UTV in negotiation with ADTV and may offer new contract at low rates which will benefit viewers... Let see !!:huh
