Why airtel not adding pending HD channels?

Hi,
I stay in a apartment in Bangalore. We have Airtel DTH MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) installed (single antenna). We are facing a problem where the new channels that are getting added to ADTH are not coming. I have raised a complain with ADTH and they said that issue is in whole India having MDU setup. There is a need to change some H/w (transponder) I guess which airtel has not done. The estimated time to get this fixed as per technician is 2 months :-/.
Is this true ?
New channels like BBC Earth HD, SAB HD, NGC World HD etc are not coming. SD channels like Wah Movies etc are not coming.
Please suggest what can be done to escalate ? I have already mailed the nodal office.

We now got the answer of why kattapa killed bahubali...But we still don't know the answer for why Airtel is not adding pending hd channelsSuresh Selvaraj said:

I had called rajtv chennaij office for enquiring about raj news malayalam and rajmusix malayalam launch date they told raj news malayalam will officialy launch after 2 months. Funny reply is that they don.t have a channel named raj musix malayalam. I think they have forgot about that channel. It is showing same songs repeatly dailyy. Why airtel holding that channel. Even the broadcaster forgotten about the channel
