Hello Everyone,

I am currently using Airtel DTH in Saudi Arabia. Recently I returned from my vacation from India and finds that my airtel connection is not working despite recharge valid till April 2018. I talked to CC in India through one of my cousins but nothing sorted out. I am receiving the following error message:
"This is a wrong view card for this set top box. Please try again with the right view card. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care (CC). Error Code:14"

Anyone please help me in this regard and how this problem can be solved.
