@Optimus_Prime bro and @sumitroy bro, After reading those point,I checked and found that 80% chances is that, it's not original remote. Only two point matching with original. One point is Button is soft and there is indicator on 5 no button.

But Personally I don't have any problem with this. Because this remote is for my grandparents TV. They Hardly Watch TV for 1.5hrs every day. So remote not using so much. Also I paid very less. So It's okay for me.

"Recharge now" warning popup coming on TV even though I have topped up my account couple of days back.

I am able to see the updated balance both in My account menu on TV and in the mobile app. But, this warning msg is coming even today (even after two days of topping up).

Anyone faced this issue? Any resolution??
