Guys I have a problem, my Huawei hd + stb sometimes hangs, ie. picture freezes and remote becomes unresponsive. It works again if I restart it.
Is there a solution to this, or I need to complain to Airtel?

But if remote light glows and if programmed buttons for TV volume works can it be remote's fault? Now I am thinking maybe its STBs fault. I am trying to check if my remote is glowing or now when this problem is happening.

For my remote, remote light does not glows when buttons don't work, it stays same for 10 seconds and then starts working. It happens few times daily.
