Same thing happening for all newly added channels. I have complained to CC many times but no +ve result.
I guess Airtel may take 90days time to include the channels in their boquets.Airtel is very lazy in this matter. Star sports 1 Kannada added 2mths back but still not included in its respective Boquets

Adding 2 south HD channels doesn't mean that they're concentrating on south channels only. Deal was done & addition was pending from long time so they added.

Customer Care generally doesn't give any date for channel addition. They simply give the template reply & take feedback but this time they've given a date so it'll be surely added.
