Facing strange thing in app
Nothing in my channels list , no ala carte adding option , no bouquet selection option .

Me too. Not able to view a LA cart and add on from last few days

I also face this problem 3/4 days ago. As usual Customer Care Not able to help me. So I Again Reselect My plan from Airtel Thanks App. After Changing Plan Now Problem Solved.

If Airtel don't add any Tamil channels am planning to not use the DTH as I am going to use only ott platform as already have subscription of sun NXT, hot star, amazon prime for one year..I will not do a mistake by moving to another dth

You can add/remove any channel, change your basepack at any moment.

Hey guys, plz do not connect Tata Sky WiFi dongle on Airtel HD STB for accessing VoD library .

Firstly airtel VOD server is always unreachable, still to confirm whether it is bcoz service has been discontinued or Tata Sky dongle is locked to their own server.

Secondly Airtel STB is not compatible with Tata Sky Wi-Fi dongle as box gets auto turned off completely when connected thus making us restart from mains. Guess dongle consumes more power and box get is unable to meet the demand leading to malfunctioning.

Please note that i have On Demand/On Demand WiFi, Free Recording Top Up activated hence this is not the reason, also dongle is able to successfully connect with router

active packs require only not balance mandatory i have change base pack many times with negative balance when i was in arp but its if you have low balance than your dbr or nagative than only sms method work
