Yes, that,s the problem I don’t know howcome they deduct full amount even im thinking its on dbr and they will deduct amount midnight. But they deduct full amount immediately

Check again, deduction would be Re. 1 from account balance but it shows full amount while checking subscription details of account. U must have got confused bcoz of this

By the way airtel self care is taken down for regular maintenance each night at around 12 AM, it is not technical issue but work put in to provide better experience to us.

What type of maintenance airtel doing every night since last many years. I am not able to see any improvement.

Daily maintenance on servers to check errors or implement new features as and when introduced.

Deduction 65rs confirmed through app and customer care, and they said refund would be back after 48 hours

If I am having enough balance in ADTV account, but I dont want to watch, say for a week, is there any way to avoid the DBR?
Basic Rs 153 pack itself is Rs 5.1 DBR. One week= Rs 35.7. If it is just temporarily like for a week, is there no way out?

Yes, temporary suspension facility is available however its chargeable based on duration u want account to be frozen

Ya I am aware of temporary suspension, but this is like just a week, but i might want it frequently, i.e. 1 week freeze only but multiple times within a period of 90 days.
