Just about 9 days ago, bought the new Xstream box & already facing so many issues with the box & their customer service...New box hangs once a day, automatically restarts sometimes, My RTN is wrong on the box, Can't watch any Xstream movies or shows...Their phone CC & twitter supports are like robots, doing & saying same things again & again without helping & now their nodal officer also sending me same copy-pasted replies again & again...Lol...
They even sent technician to my home at just 2 days after purchasing & he saw everything & said "Sorry Sir, iss mein main kuch help nhi kar sakta aapka" & he left without fixing anything...
Looks like I did a big mistake switching to Airtel from DishTV...
